The Environmental Youth Council is a program that teaches students from the communities in Houston that are most affected by air pollution the facts about air quality, climate change and environmental justice.

The Environmental Youth Council was created by the Environmental Defense Fund and funded by a grant from the Gulf Research Program of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS).
